Louisa Construction Company is an Earthwork and Land Improvement, Pipeline service provider in Kentucky with more than 20 years’ experience on the job. Our service area includes Kentucky and the surrounding states of Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Tennessee. We provide these services in commercial, industrial, municipal, structural, transportation, and private residential applications. We offer a variety of services from water line and gas line installation to house seating, pond development, and land grading. 

Louisa Construction Company was started primarily due to the need of quality excavation services in the area. As with any service provider, whether it be excavating, plumber’s, electrician’s, etc., we all have experienced the calls that have not been returned, schedules not kept, deadlines not met, and the fabulous “no shows” without as much as a phone call, as well as being put on the back burner because the job “isn’t big enough”. Our mission is to not only provide exceptional earthwork services, but to exhaust all possible means to satisfy the customer. We will do this by responding to every call and being where we say we will be. Most importantly, we will be there at the time we say we specify, or we will call to inform you of any deviations in the schedule. We do this because we realize that your time is just as valuable to you as ours is to us.
